Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the md77 Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a violation of these Terms. md77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated transactions, and permanently ban any individual found to be operating multiple Accounts.
Compliance Notice: md77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate Accounts, shared payment methods, shared devices, and shared IP addresses. These systems are active at all times and operate independently of any Player action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your md77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. md77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you believe your md77 Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact md77 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility. md77 will investigate the reported incident and, where warranted, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
md77 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying proof of identity (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement). KYC verification is mandatory before md77 will process any withdrawal request. md77 may also request KYC documentation at any other time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. md77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rs 500 per month on inactive accounts, deducted from the Account balance. md77 will provide advance notice via the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting md77 support.
md77 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payments, and 1LINK. Payment methods available to any specific Account may vary depending on the Account's verified status and jurisdiction. All transactions on the md77 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit amount on md77 is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and the Player's verified Account tier. Specific limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the md77 Platform and are updated from time to time. md77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with notice to affected Players.
Before md77 will process a withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) the Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all active Bonus Funds wagering requirements attached to the Account must be completed or the Bonus Funds forfeited; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Account's available real money balance; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the Account, where applicable.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to any given bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount and must be completed within any stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

md77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld, adjusted, or withdrawn from players whose playing patterns indicate professional or systematic wagering behaviour inconsistent with recreational use.
Each game available on the md77 Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. md77 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the md77 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by md77 at any time. md77 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts at its discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error, md77 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's Account. All decisions made by md77 regarding malfunctions are final. Void bets do not count towards wagering requirements. md77 is not liable for any interruption to the Platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.
PSL, international cricket, and all other cricket betting markets on md77 are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. md77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) md77 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) the Account is required to be suspended for regulatory, compliance, or AML reasons; (c) the Account is suspected of involvement in fraud, collusion, or any other prohibited activity; or (d) md77 is required to do so by a licensing authority, court order, or applicable law.
Players may request the closure of their md77 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing an Account, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, provided all KYC conditions are met and there are no pending compliance holds on the Account. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Upon termination or closure of an Account, the Player's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. All outstanding wagering requirements, pending bets, and promotional entitlements are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing by md77.

Subject to the escalation process described in Section 14.2, all decisions made by md77 regarding game outcomes, bonus awards, Account status, and compliance matters are final. md77 will not reverse decisions where the Player disagrees with the outcome but where no procedural or factual error has been identified.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which md77 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause prevents Players from exercising any statutory rights they may hold under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
